| Description | Join me with a serious interest in learning about what makes animals function. Starting with a simple creature, we will work our way up the animal classifications to some type of mammal. Specimens being considered include: earthworm, crayfish, grasshopper, starfish, leopard frog, fetal pig. All supplies will come from scientificsonline.com, a company with strict standards for animals. I will be using How to Dissect by William Berman. I plan to include a review of classifications as we go along, and may employ the Lyrical Life Science CD's as a learning tool as well. |
