Through innovative team building techniques and games, this program allows participants
to develop a sense of cooperation and growth in a group. The program starts with
activities like Trustwalk, Yurt Circle and All-up, designed to break down barriers and
build trust within the group. As the participants move through this program, games and
problem solving initiatives like Alaska Baseball, Croc-crossing and All-aboard will be
introduced to build a sense of teamwork stressing an environment of patience, listening
and cooperation. Instructors work with each group of individuals to create opportunities
for learning and development. A debriefing session follows each activity. |
