Coop Application - Forms and Instructions

If you are a family considering joining Voyagers, please review the CoopFAQ page, particularly CoopFAQ#5 describing how to arrange a visit to Voyagers before you fill out a wait list form. Please also read the Waiting List Policy. After following those steps, please fill out the Waiting List Registration form and mail to:

The Wait List Coordinator will contact you to confirm your waiting list status. Send an email to waitlist@voyagersinc.org if you have any questions.

If you have been invited to register for the next semester at Voyagers, please fill out one copy per family of the Family Registration, Code of Conduct, Medical Release, Waiver of Liability, and Coop Jobs forms.
