Single Study Group Registration Policy

Voyagers members may request permission to register for a single study group on a Coop Day for which their family is not registered. Please note that each member of a family may enroll in only one such study group per Coop session.

Requests to register for a single study group will be considered by the Registrar in consultation with the relevant Coop Day Programmer, as follows:

• Such requests will be considered only after current members of the relevant Coop Day have registered, and only if there is space available in the requested study group as well as on that Coop Day.

• Please note that even if space remains, there is no guarantee that a request for a single study group will be granted.

If a request to register for a single study group is granted, the following will apply:

• There is a $50 fee per study group. This fee will be waived if there is an outside instructor fee of more than $50.

• The student should be brought to Voyagers for only that study group on the relevant Coop Day, arriving no more than 15 minutes before the study group begins, and leaving no more than 15 minutes after the study group ends.

• As always, the student must be accompanied at Voyagers by a responsible adult (please see "Transfer of Oversight" policy in Voyagers Family Handbook).

Exceptions to the above policy may be considered at the discretion of the Registrar and Treasurer.
