Donors If you are looking to clear off the shelves to make room for next year, consider donating your gently used materials to Voyagers. A signed receipt for donated goods received by Voyagers, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, will be available to all donors. Voyagers receives 100% of the sale price of your items. Though tagless items will be gratefully received, if you are willing to tag your items ahead of time (you need not set prices--just attach tags), please indicate this in the comments area of the sign-up page, and a pdf of special donor tags will be sent to you.

Consignors If you are looking to recoup some of your cost on those expensive learning materials, consider consigning items with the Learning Resources Fair. Sellers determine their own prices and receive 70% of their total sales, with the remainder benefiting Voyagers. All consignors must register by May 31, 2010 in order to participate. Each consignor will receive instructions on labeling materials. 30% of all sales benefit Voyagers, Inc. The rest is all yours! Voyagers will mail checks to sellers after the sale. Consignors are responsible for arranging pick-up of unsold items at the end of the sale.

Volunteers who sign up by the registration deadline of May 31, 2010 to work at least three hours receive the benefit of shopping one hour before the sale opens to the public to have first choice of items.

Volunteers are needed to help with intake of consigned and donated items, tagging of donated items, set up, all hours of the sale and conference and clean up. People will be needed to direct traffic and the flow of people, assist anyone with special needs, keep materials neat and in their proper locations, keep track of materials on hold, check out buyers, help with resorting, and break down and clean up.

Volunteers are needed to help receive, sort, set up, and organize books during material drop off days. Drop off times are scheduled for
