| Description | In this club, we will learn about the countries that our families come from. We will choose together on the first day which countries we will explore this term. Then, each participant will do some research and bring something to share with the group about those countries. Participants can do this with a parent. People might choose to learn folk tales from a country, learn about the country's population, customs, climate, etc. We may spend more than one week on a country if there is enough material. Each participant will be expected to bring something to share about each country. When we study a country that your family is from, please bring family customs, stories, etc. that relate to that country. |
