Family Provided Materials Sewing machines would be helpful; if you have one at home, bring it please. Needle and thread, and other notions needed to finish a project. A pair of scissors suitable for cutting fabric. Fabrics you've got ideas for. Hot glue gun if necessary.

Description We'll learn how to use a sewing machine, from threading it, sewing straight lines, and curves, to making button holes; when to use a hot glue gun, velcro or even hand sewing. Learn how to adapt patterns to your ideas.

We'll also cover some hand sewing techniques; for easy repairs on socks, jackets, skirts; repair buttons, hems, etc...
